Upon gating in, the players will find themselves in a battle field long forgotten. Thousands of swords are implanted within the grounds where the warriors have fallen. The swords implanted bare every design imaginable and sizes; as well as baring unknown names of the fallen warriors upon their blades. Gears of all sizes appear scattered throughout the fields; belonging the the golems these warriors have fought.
At the center of this field, a giant stone head armor appears stuck within the ground. Moss and molds seem to grow upon it, showing how much it has aged since the war ended. If players chooses to walk closer, they'll find themselves set of stairs at the entrance of the head armor's eye socket.
Descending down the stairs, the players will be able to hear swords clashes and cries of restless warriors and golems; yet they're no where in sight. Perhaps they're waiting for someone to trigger their unending battle.

Methodically entertained by the chime that rang out over the headset suddenly, VII's closed eyes opened slowly to the grand expanse that exploded into view instantaneously. The young man's wild gaze jumped across the wonderfully constructed landscape, the glorious hues of the mid-day sky brightening everything with warm contrasts of spring. The grass below his feet made the crisp padding sound you'd imagine to be the same was reality, the soundtrack looping in the background filled his ears with a delightful welcome.
'Welcome to [The World].' Seemed to ring out within this young man's mind, the fields riddled with various discarded armor and weaponry for long battles fought in the game's ancient lore. As VII took his first steady steps within the playing field a pleased smirk found it's way across his avatar's features, followed by a refreshed sigh that seemed to echo through his mic and over the airways in the field. 'Where to begin?' VII contemplated to himself silently, simply beginning his solo adventure with a relaxing stroll through this pixelated wonderland.

Now Loading Σ GOLEM RESTLESS FIELD
A few quick keystrokes, and he was logged into his favorite game. His eyes closing as the headset took over his mind, and put him into the beautifully realistic world of [The World]. It was his first time playing really, and it was a bit of a surprise when some disembodied voice said "Welcome to the World..", and he was looking around for the source of it. The field he had gated into looked like a giant battlefield. Swords stuck out of the ground as if they were trying to harm the earth that he was standing on. Pieces of armor lay scattered about, and he made a mental note to check out this place more in depth later when he was a much higher level than just level one. Taking out his spell tome he was prepping for an attack.
In a field everyone was fair game, and he wouldn't be caught off guard. The black book that he held open was very immaculate looking, with strange golden symbols on the front of it. Walking around he was looking for something, or someone. Maybe he was a bit afraid, but if worse came to worse then he wouldn't back down, and he would do his best to destroy whatever came at him. That was when he saw a black haired person not to far off, and he quickly sprinted off in that direction. "Hey!" he shouted as loud as he could before stopping a few feet from the person in front of him. He was wary.
He had read about people called Player Killers, or PK's for short, and he didn't want to trust this person, or get to close before he knew for sure that he could trust them. You could never be too careful.

There was a strange kind of captivation VII felt towards the world, something he really couldn't explain. Everything to do with reality or the outside world seemed so completely irrelevant in here, unimportant. Within [The World] you could be just about anyone or anything you wanted to be. A successful merchant in the game-wide trade, an honorable knight who could be rivaled by few, or hell, even a renegade player-killer hellbent on dominating all weaker forms of life. This place was an escape from troubles, a home away from home; and for some people in particular, this place acted like a haven. [The World] was whatever you made of it. Plain and simple.
Perhaps it was that appeal alone that drew VII here to begin with? Everyone had their reasons for playing; a driving desire to play a fun game, a virtual paradise where anything is possible. Smirking, losing himself in deep thought, VII's steady pace came to a halt when a voice suddenly rang out through the air. "Hey!" 'A player?' he thought to himself, before turning his attention around to face the man approaching from across the field. It was a taller young man with spiked blonde hair and bright blue eyes, dressed from the neck down in a long black cloak and holding what appeared to be a spellbook. So, he was a wavemaster. Odd that he would be out in the field alone, since not many players VII had seen were loner spellcasters.
For a moment VII stood silent, looking the character from hear to toe behind his frozen avatar then nodding and offering his own response. "Hey there, how's it going?" A little strange of an answer, but to clear the air VII felt it necessary to try out a little small talk. Over the while of playing VII had come across a lot of player-killers before, but not a single one had ever used a wavemaster. Maybe he was stronger than he appeared? Only one way to find out. "The name's seven. What about you?" The swordsman asked politely, his voice a little more laid back than you'd gather from someone facing a potential PK. In VII's hand was a crimson drawn japanese katana, his favored weapon and the only line of defense against anything that might happen.
This field was a battleground, and if VII needed to he'd fight back without a second thought.

The player noticed him, and introduced himself as Seven. Ganta tilted his head curiously at the name he was given, and for a second thought that the guy was just messing with him. However when he noticed that the other player was being serious he smiled his kindest smile, and waved. "That's cool. My name is Ganta nice to meet you Seven." he said to the other player, and lowered his guard slightly. He was sure by now that this guy wasn't one of those horrible Player Killers. Looking around the giant battlefield he wondered if any monsters would pop up. That was kind of his reason for coming here in the first place to find monsters that he could kill so that he could level up. After all in order for him to be the strongest he would have to kill a lot of monsters, and go on a lot of quests.
"So uh what are you doing in this Field?" he asked in a curious voice wondering if this person was here for the same reason that he was. Maybe they could level up together, and become friends, or questing partners. Ganta was pretty frail on the physical side of the spectrum so having someone that was made for up close, and personal combat would be a useful ally in here. If any enemies got up close, and personal with him he would pretty much be screwed, and that would be something that he would like to prevent from happening. So making friends, and allies that protected his weaknesses was the best move for him.
So while he was waiting for the guy to answer his question he got to thinking about other possible classes that he could have for his friends so that they would be able to help him if he needed it. He figured to have one of each class would be the most amazing, and then he would have all bases covered. So I guess I should start tracking down others then...

"That's cool. My name is Ganta nice to meet you Seven."
Immediately VII's expression lit up, the stranger now introduced himself as Ganta and it seemed like he was sincere. Cool, seems like he wasn't such a bad guy at first glance. Now that he'd thought about it, the idea of a wavemaster taking on a blademaster in an attempt to kill them was a bit absurd. Out of all the classes the game had to offer, Blademaster was one of the few types that could stand a chance at fighting off a PKer. Regardless of that fact, it seemed like Ganta wasn't about to be setting VII on fire anytime soon.
"So uh what are you doing in this Field?" The wavemaster asked, his tone a little less tense now than before. Smiling back, VII offered up his own excuse for being there. "Nothing out of the ordinary, just wandering around, enjoying the view and the location. There's monsters around to kill, treasure boxes to loot, but it's nice to enjoy the scenery along the way." VII's face lifted as his gaze shifted upward a bit, the blue sky and pixelated clouds churning around in their perpetual pre-rendered loop.
"If you're here alone, you're welcome to join me for some exploring. I'm not one of those damned player-killers, so don't worry about me trying anything." Saying this out loud was a bit silly when VII realized what he'd said, his mind running in overdrive and distracted heavily by the surroundings the field had to offer. This wasn't really a matter of believing VII's words or not, but whether or not the two could trust one another. Making friends in this game was becoming more and more challenging, especially with how many rogue characters were on the loose these days.
Turning back to the wavemaster, VII extended a welcoming handshake with the trigger command ready to offer his member address so they could form a party. "Whaddaya' day, Ganta?"

When Ganta asked what he was doing the guy replied with checking out the scenery, and just exploring. Which was kinda what Ganta was doing here, but his goals seemed to lean towards more leveling so he could get stronger. If he wanted to become a legendary player in the world then he would definitely have to get much stronger than he was now. And this guy seemed to offer up that opportunity on a silver platter for him. He reassured Ganta that he wasn't a player killer, and then offered up his hand for a handshake, and a party invitation. Knowing that there was strength in numbers he offered his hand, and shook the other players hand accepting the invite, and adding him to his friend list.
"That sounds like a great idea! We should definitely go find something to kill, and who knows maybe we will find a rare treasure on the way there!" he said bubbling with excitement that obviously gave him away as a new player, but he didn't really care. It was his first real adventure, and he was kind of excited about it. Opening up his spell tome he made sure that it was ready for use just in case something nasty decided to show up while they were exploring. Checking his inventory to make sure that he had his health drinks ready to use in case they did get into a nasty fight with something, or someone, and making sure he had a few other items, he closed his inventory window, and was ready.
"So which way are we gonna go first?" he asked looking around at the giant battlefield that was laid out before them. He was sure that there was some very nasty monsters, and possibly players that lurked within the massive expansive field that was before them. Waiting for his party member to respond before he went anywhere he looked around warily, and patiently.

"That sounds like a great idea! We should definitely go find something to kill, and who knows maybe we will find a rare treasure on the way there!" Ganta said excitedly, accepting VII's party and friend request, then only further strenghtening the positive spark growing between them. Smiling back with a pleased smirk, VII raised his sword and rested it casually across the back of his shoulders, tapping it with an amused sensitivity. "Awesome, now you're speaking my language!" Pleased, ready to get rolling along, VII took a moment to scan the surroundings one more time before deciding which direction they should head in.
"So which way are we gonna go first?" Ganta spoke out again, VII's attention still aimed elsewhere but he responded just seconds afterward without any hesitation or uncertainty. "At the moment, scanning the field for treature boxes might be a plus, and killing the monsters hanging around. Once we've done that it'll be the dungeon levels and the gott statue will be our finish line." In the distance VII spotted a few bright shining yellow monster portals, hiding among the many hills and crooked plains that seemed littered with countless ancient swords sticking out of the earth. In retrospect, VII figured this place looked less like a battlefield and more of a giant pin cushion.
Now halting the tapping of his blade over his shoulder pauldrons, VII's smirk lit up devilishly, when what looked like a tall rockman came thumping across the gross just a few yards away. It was tall, his arms and entire body made of solid rock with bits of moss and rusted metal sticking out. Was that what they'd come here for? Golems? Somehow VII expected something a little... bigger. Without complaining or leaving time to argue, the dark-haired blademaster raised his clawed gauntlet and pointed in the distance towards the moving creature, in a stance that almost cried for battle. "Looks like we'll start with that one over there, our first kill of the day. Let's see just how good of a team we make, Ganta!"
Upon finishing that declaration, the beast suddenly turned and the field's music changed, became a little faster, fiercer, the heat of battle began to overcome VII when the monster suddenly came charging at the duo as fast as his heaving legs could carry him. VII stood ready for battle, raising his blade to a strong stance with his sword brandished and his eyes locked on the beast.

It didn't take long for them to see a giant rockman to start charging at them, and VII pointed it out to him. He was curious to see how good of a team they made as well, and with a smirk he opened his black spell tome. The golden symbols on the front of it began to glow, and with a slight smirk he already thought of the first attack that he was going to use. Holding his hand out with his palm open a slight wind whipped up around him as he concentrated on using the spell. "Juk Zot!" he stated, and he had the desired effect. Immediately the ground beneath the Golem started to crumble, and from underneath the battle trodden ground something green could be seen trying to break through. Hopefully it worked like it was suppose to, if not they might be screwed.
Then when he thought that it wasn't going to work a group of medium sized tree's about 15 feet tall sprouted out from the ground under the Golem. If the attack was successful it would hit the Golem hard with Wood damage, and well he didn't know if that would be very effective against the Golem, but he did know that tree's hurt. It didn't matter what you were made out of. If a giant tree slammed into you, it was going to hurt, and that was what he wanted. A smirk came over his face at his successful use of his first spell, and the light from his tome died down as he looked over at his partner in crime. "Dude did you see that! I totally smacked it with a tree! Lets see what you got sword man! Cuz I got tree's!" he said everything with obviously excitement that definitely made him known as a noob.
For a split second he turned his attention away from the Golem, and back to his tome to see what other spells he could use, and he hoped that he would be able to cause the Golem more damage his next turn. He wondered what the loot would be like after they demolished this giant rock. However he got to thinking about how much energy that spell had cost him. While he still had plenty of energy left he knew that he couldn't overdo it otherwise bad things would more than likely happen to him, and if he couldn't back up his partner then he would be useless. As long as he could stay out of the way of the giant Rock monster he would be ok.

As the golem drew closer, VII's adrenaline began to charge with every passing stomp the beast made in his advance. Once the creature became within VII's area of attack, he was suddenly stopped by a voice that called out just behind him; it was Ganta casting the first spell of the battle. "Juk Zot!" He cried, then within seconds the ground below the beast crumbled away and tall trees barraged the monster from the ground below. Wood damage against rock? Clever, going by elemental weaknessess right off the bat. Unlike Ganta, VII wasn't equipped with elemental spells like flames or trees, but instead he did possess some attack skills that set him as the frontline fighter of the team. This was interesting enough, as the golem grunted with the magical blow, before the blademaster could initiate his own skill, he was caught again by Ganta's voice just a few feet behind him.
"Dude did you see that! I totally smacked it with a tree! Lets see what you got sword man! Cuz I got tree's!" Ganta shouted, sounding reminiscent like a child giddy over his very first battle. Was he new to the game? VII looked back at him for only a second to see his excited expression, before turning his view back to the golem ensnared by the spell still. "Yeah! nice work with elemental damage, that's a great start against an enemy this powerful." He rang out, his crimson piercing gaze still watching the struggling monster closely. Rather than check the level specs like he should have, VII was always more interested in the scenery of an area instead of fighting everything he crossed. It was for this reason that his level was low, on top of other reasons he hadn't mentioned to anyone he'd met in the revised R:1.
"Let's try this on for size!" VII commented, then ducking his stance down low and otherwise getting ready for his own attack. Without warning the blademaster lifted off in an all-out mad dash towards the trapped beast, using his PC to leap past the cracked roots in the demolished earth and high above the monster. "Crack Beat!" He shouted, bringing about his sharp blade and suddenly hacking downward diagonally across the monster before hitting the ground and somersaulting backward a few feet. A stronger skill which consumed a nice amount of SP, but that failed to bother him. Aside from them both being low in level, they were off to a pretty good start thus far.
The golem growled, as VII took the chance to hurl himself into the frontlines again, taking a good swing or two at the beast before he'd been given the chance to land a hit on the blademaster.
