The whirling wind usually is a huge turn off in this area of the Theta server, however many others are attracted to this Dune Sea as it stretches on for miles and miles of pure, strange blue sand. A few trees can be found littered through the area, varying from regular palm trees to evergreens and maple trees. Right in the center of the Dunes is a large tower that shoots up into the sky and disappears into the clouds. Many argue that it's some sort of dungeon inside the tower, but no one can enter since it requires a key, which is probably lost somewhere in the desert. The city that surrounds the tower and desert by day are calm and peaceful, but at night when the wind picks up and the sand starts to glow is when the monsters come out to attack.

[ GATING IN…Θ ROARING INFINITE DESERT ]
[/font] The female puffed upward, attempting to blow away the strands of short raven bangs that were blocking her eyes without moving a finger. A few short seconds were all she really needed to take in her current environment. There was barely anything else but the endless blue sand and the tall, white structure that stuck out like a sore thumb on the flatland. Not another player in sight. Hazard sighed as she made her way towards one of the few trees stood close to the tower. She wasn’t too sure how she felt about this place. For sure, the desert was gorgeous, despite the lack of tall frames that she usually prefers to rest upon. The Dune Sea....... indeed, the color of the ground below her feet almost created the delusion that she was actually waking on water. But she would be a lot happier if these stupid sands won’t keep slipping into her sandals. “… now where are the other guys…” Hazard mumbled as she rested her back against the tree trunk arms crossed, feet digging deeper into the sand as her body relaxed. This was the heavy blade's first quest ever since she joined [The World], however she felt that she wasn't as nervous nor excited as she should have been. [/justify][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

LOADING...... GATING IN..... ROARING INFINITE DESERT.. Kaizer gated his way to the area where he was to meet others for a quest that he signed up to take part in. Looking around, all he could see was the large blue sand that was like the see itself with a few different kinds of trees and the large white tower in the middle of the whole sand sea. The servers got stranger and stranger but it didn't bother Kaizer that much as he had a quest in hand and had to do what he had to do. As the wind blew, the long purple tassel blew along with it. His large katana in place on his back. Looking around a bit more, he saw another player under a tree that wasn't to far from where he was. But as he walked on the sand, he felt like he was sinking a bit. He found this to be a little pain in the rear. But then again he did wear a full body knight armor and sand was getting in some of the openings a little. So he slowly made his way to the player under the tree and it was a female character. From the way she looked, he knew that she was the other Heavy Blade that joined. Kaizer stopped as he reached the tree. "Is the others on the quest sign up have shown?"

As the yellow gate rings faded suddenly and the world around him exploded into view, VII let out a shrill sigh to greet the new location he was now eager to explore. The dark-haired swordsman looked about calmly, his deep burning red eyes cautious to anyone lingering in the area ready to spring an attack before he could get himself moving. This seemed like the perfect time for VII to partake in his first quest with this new character, his first ally Ganta invited him here after their run-in with the golems just a few days before. The lands were vast with shimmering blue hues of sand that covered everything in sight, with trees and beautiful skies to contrast the landscape.
For a moment VII stood bewildered, he'd never seen an area such as this before in any of his other adventures in [The World]. As he looked up at the tall white tower that seemed the stretch endlessly into the heavens, he was startled by the sound of another avatar warping into the field. It sounded close, but wasn't within view. The blademaster had his sword at the ready, before turning around to look for a direction to start off in. Then he'd been caught off by a voice in the distance, someone he didn't know. "Is the others on the quest sign up have shown?" The voice said, as VII turned around and followed the direction of the stranger's voice before coming around a grouping of trees that blocked two players from his sight.
Perhaps those were his party members? VII couldn't see Ganta anywhere, so before jumping into what might be a hang out spot for two PK'ers, he kept his distance and watched for a moment. A woman with long brown hair leaning against the tree, with a fully-armored man standing just a few feet away from her. Who were they? The man had said something about a quest, so they could very well have been the players he was supposed to meet. VII figured he'd take the chance to find out, as reckless as it might be to talk to strangers.
"Hey there. Don't suppose you're both here waiting for a wavemaster, are you?" He said calmly, stepping out from behind the tall, wide evergreen and relaxing his drawn sword over his shoulder. All the while in a side menu VII was hovering over the gate out option in the game menu, given the chance that these two were actually PK'ers, he wasn't about to stick around if they turned out to be.
Better to be safe than sorry.

Ganta gated in sad that he was late to his own party, but that was beside the point. He was there now, and that was all that mattered. He would be able to help them all out now. Looking around he saw that four people had decided to show out of the five, and he figured that the fifth person would probably be along later, and she would be able to catch up with them if she wanted to. If she didn't then that just meant more rewards for them. Though looking at their group he was pretty sure that they would be okay for the time being. He was the only spellcaster type, and the rest were heavy melee types. They would be able to protect him, or so he hoped.
Being a Wavemaster he wasn't as physically strong as the others, but his spells were quiet devastating when used to full effectiveness. No other class could match a Wavemaster's prowess with spells, and that thought made him smile. That was when he saw a familiar face. "VII what are you doing here!" he shouted excitedly happy that his Golem killing buddy could make it to the quest. He would have been pretty upset had his friend not been able to make it. Realizing that none of the others new him he blushed slightly as he looked at them. "Oh yeah hi guys. I am the leader of this party. My name is Ganta." he said smiling cheerfully at the others holding his black spell tome at his side.
Looking around he noticed that the daylight in the field was slowly going down, and he had been told that at night that monsters attacked. That was what he was hoping for in all honesty, but his train of thought got interrupted by a figure that was running towards them.
-----------------------------------------------------
All of a sudden your group sees a figure running at them, and as it draws closer you realize that it is a boy around his early twenties in age. Wearing armor, and carrying a spear it is obvious he is a Long Arm class. "All hail the brave warriors! I have to come to you in seek of aid for the city!" his voice is urgent, and he is scared half to death. "Night is coming, and we are short of troops. We could use your help in defending us." he speaks earnestly obviously wanting you to help him. "I can't promise you any fancy weapons, or armor, but you will get lots of experience, and gold. That I can promise, and whatever loot you find is yours too keep." he speaks quickly watching the sun fall.
So do you

It was not like her to arrive early for anything, considering how often she gets lost in on her track. However it was pretty much impossible for that to happen when the only significant landmark of this blue desert was a white tower piercing through the sky. Spotting herself a decent sized tree to rest against, Hazard waited for the rest of her team until a heavy crunching of feet and on sand and a male voice alerted her of another player’s presence.
She raised her eyes to see a tall figure in dark full-bodied armor. Certainly an interesting choice of exterior… Of course what the others chose to do with their appearance was none of her business. By his words the girl assumed that he was one of her teammates for this quest. The bangs once again fell before her eyes as she shook her head lightly to answer his question. Then the sounds of other players warping into the space rendered the previous answer pointless. Two heavyblades, one blademaster and one wavemaster. Inwardly she counted, noting they were missing a member, the other female of the team if she remembered correctly. Well, she wasn’t too sure if the other wavemaster was actually a female in real life or just playing one, but it would have made her a lot more comfortable.
Putting on the friendliest smile she could manage, the female nodded as she introduced herself. “Hazard, heavyblade. Nice to meet you guys.” After a brief pause she spoke again. “um… I don’t talk much, so don't take it the wrong way if I get quiet.”
Not long after the arrival of their team leader another person arrived, rushing towards the team. It turned out to be the NPC of their current quest, not the last team member like she was hoping for. Patiently she waited for the soldier-looking male to explain the content of quest. His explanation was vague, but she wasn’t too concerned about that. It was only a novice quest, so Hazard was sure whatever awaits them was within their capabilities.

It wasn't long before the rest of the party members gated in to gather for the quest. But Kaizer could see that there was one still missing in this party. But no matter, it was up to the group leader if they should go on or not. But hearing everyone giving each other their names but one of them, Kaizer might as well do the same. "Names Kaizer. A heavy Blade." Looking at the group right now, Kaizer couldn't help but wonder if this time will be ok without a healer class Wavemaster. Looking at Ganta, he didn't seem like the healer class. But with two Heavy Blades and a Blademaster, there shouldn't be any really problems that Kaizer could see.
But after they all gave each other their names, Kaizer looked over at the NPC that ran up to them. He wanted them to help him defend a city from monsters and they would be given experience and gold for their troubles. While Kaizer wouldn't mind helping this NPC in this request, but he knew that it was really up to their leader of the party and he would follow what Ganta wanted to do. With his arms crossed, he looked over at Ganta. "Your call Leader."
